HOUSE RULES

Working out at Fit For Free means a fun and pleasant workout for all members. We will strictly enforce the following rules in order to provide all members with an enjoyable workout:

  • In the workout areas, please wear clean indoor shoes as well as appropriate clothing that ensures a safe workout and no offence to others.
  • It is not allowed to wear caps or other headwear in the fitness and exercise areas, except for headwear worn for religious reasons.
  • Making phone calls or taking pictures is not allowed in any of the workout areas or changing rooms.
  • Music players (MP3 players, etc) are allowed on the premises.
  • During your workout, you must use a clean towel.
  • During group exercise classes, you must also use a towel for floor exercises.
  • The use and trafficking of narcotic drugs and illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking and drinking alcohol on the premises is prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed in the fitness centre.
  • Workout equipment such as weights, dumbbells etc. should be returned to its dedicated location after use.
  • Food is not allowed in the fitness and exercise areas.
  • Only plastic bottles can be used in the workout areas. The consumption of beverages out of cups and glass bottles is prohibited.
  • Any bags, jackets etc should be stored in lockers and not on the gym floor. Valuables can also be stored in lockers.
  • All members and members of the staff must be treated with respect.
  • The formation of groups is not allowed in the fitness and workout areas.
  • Any workout is at your own risk.
  • The management of the fitness centre is not liable for any losses, theft or accidents occurring on and near the fitness centre premises.

A breach of these house rules may result in a temporary or a permanent ban on entering the premises and thus termination of the membership. This ban, however, does not discharge the member from the liability of sums already agreed, i.e. no restitution will be made.
