What are the prices at Fit For Free? Fit For Free offers fitness (and classes to!) at extremely competitive rates. You can join us from £21.99 per month including free classes! Your membership gives you access to all our gyms at no extra cost!

Is there a registration fee? Yes, there is a one-off registration fee of £15.00 or £20.00, depending on the chosen membership.

How is it that Fit For Free is so cheap? This is down to our unique concept. At Fit For Free we have everything you need to work on your health and fitness that you can enjoy, without unnecessary extras. You only pay for what you use and not for facilities that don't use. This way we make fitness accessible to everyone at affordable prices.

As Fit For Free is so affordable, does this mean it is always busy? No, with our long opening hour’s people can train throughout the day and it helps prevent crowding.

What are the opening times for Fit For Free? Our general opening times are Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Saturday from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm and Sunday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm. However some of our gyms operate slightly different times.

Do you have lockers at Fit For Free? All our gyms are equipped with lockers. You can rent a padlock (£1.00) buy a lock or of course you can bring your own padlock.

Are there sunbeds at Fit For Free? Yes of we have sunbeds! These can be used from just £1 for 3 minutes (Over 18 Only).


How can I become a member at Fit For Free? You can Join Online or at your local Fit For Free and train straight away so bring your trainers!

How old do I need to be to train at Fit For Free? If you are between 12 and 16 years you must be supervised by another member who is older than 18. You will also need to get a parent or guardian to sign for your membership.You can train from age 16 and up with your own membership however a parent/guardian must still sign for the membership on their behalf.

I have lost my membership/discount card, now what? You can purchase a new card at your local Fit For Free for £5.00.

Training At Fit For Free

I have never trained at a fitness club before, is that a problem? No, that's no problem. Fit For Free fitness is for everyone, both for beginners and advanced. We have very user-friendly equipment from the brand Precor. Our instructors are also always ready should you have any questions.

Do you have qualified instructors at Fit For Free? Yes, all our gyms have professional fitness instructors present during weekdays, in the morning (from 8:30 to 12:00) and evening (from 18:00 to 22:00). They can offer training tips completely FREE.

Do you have training programmes? Yes! We have training programmes available in all of our gyms. Our fitness instructors will also be able to help advise which is the best programme for you.

Is it possible to get a personalised training programme or induction? Yes, for £10.00 (One off payment), one of our fitness instructors can create a personalised training programme that focuses on your personal goals and taking into account what you can and can’t do.


Do you offer classes at Fit For Free? Yes! Fit For Free offers a range of fun and exciting classes. All our memberships include free classes. Click here for the class schedule at your local gym.

Is it necessary to reserve a place in one of the classes? Yes reservation is necessary. This can be done online or at the gym itself.

Can I then cancel a class if I am unable to make it? If you have reserved a class you will automatically receive an email with the confirmation. In it there is a link through which you can cancel the booked class. If this fails then you can always send an email to the gym where the class is taking place.

Ending your contract

How can I cancel my membership? We hope that you will decide to stay with us. If you must, for whatever reason, cancel your membership you can do so after the initial year’s contract (subject to 2 months notice). You must let us know by sending an e-mail to:
