BODYBALANCE is a mix of yoga, tai chi and pilates that concentrates on building strength and flexibility whilst making you feel calm and focused. The main components of BODYBALANCE are controlled breathing, flexibility, static strength, concentration and meditation. By using controlled breathing, concentration and carefully structured stretches to soothing music; it creates a holistic workout to create a state of harmony and balance for your body.
